What the app does

The app changes Windows settings on your PC to improve performance. Every change is recorded and can be undone from inside the app, and changes are reverted when you uninstall it.

Some advanced settings are marked “Expert” and are applied only if you choose them yourself. Use them knowing what they do.

Plans

The Free, Prime, Rise and Myth plans are available, with prices and periods shown on xtweaks.net before you pay.

A plan belongs to your account and runs on one PC at a time. An activation code works once, to attach the plan to your account, and is useless after that. To move your plan to another PC, sign in to the app there with the same account, or unlink the old PC from your account on the site, once every 90 days; the old PC returns to the Free plan.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Every case, plainly:

• You pay in advance for the whole period (a month, 3 months or a year). There is no partial or per-day payment.
• Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, and you get a receipt for every renewal.
• Cancelling only stops the next renewal and refunds nothing. The period you paid for stays in full until it ends, then the app returns to the Free plan.
• The money-back guarantee covers the first payment of a plan only, within 7 days and under the Refund Policy, once per customer and per PC. We review every request ourselves, and renewals are not refunded.
• When a refund is confirmed the plan stops and the activation code is cancelled, with no remaining time kept, and the app switches to the Free plan the next time it is online.
• If a renewal payment fails the app returns to the Free plan, and your plan comes back as soon as payment goes through.
• To upgrade, subscribe to the higher plan and it works at once, then cancel your current plan and it stays until its period ends, with no automatic difference calculated. To move to a lower plan, cancel yours and subscribe to the lower one when it ends.
• The price of your current period never changes. If prices change we tell you before renewal, and you can cancel before it.
• Opening a bank dispute ends the plan immediately, and we don't accept a new plan for the same account or PC after it.
• Sharing or selling your account breaks these terms; we review it ourselves and may stop the plan without a refund, warning you first except in cases of selling. To protect codes, any device that enters too many wrong codes is temporarily blocked.
• When any plan ends, none of your settings are removed.

Money-back guarantee

If your PC hasn't improved within 7 days of paying, or a problem stops you using the app and our support can't fix it, write to us and we refund you in full.

We only ask you to tell us what happened, so we can make sure it isn't something we could fix for you in minutes.

Acceptable use

You may not share or sell an activation code, try to bypass the licensing, or modify or redistribute the app.

After review, we may cancel any code that has been shared, refunded, or obtained unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The app, its interface and how it works, the site and its content, and the X TWEAKS name and logo belong to X TWEAKS.

You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, imitate the interface of, or sell the app, or use the X TWEAKS name or logo, without our written permission.

Games and anti-cheat

The app does not modify game files or inject anything into games. You are still responsible for following the rules of each game you play.

Updates

The app downloads updates in the background and installs them only when you press Update — never during a game.

Limitation of liability

We test the app carefully, but we cannot guarantee it works on every combination of hardware and software. It is provided “as is”.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we raise their version and update the date, and the app shows you a summary of what changed and asks you to agree to the new version.

Version 7 (3 October 2026): Your plan now belongs to your account: an activation code works once, then you move your plan between your PCs by signing in, once every 90 days.

Version 6 (2 October 2026): We added an “Intellectual property” section: copying, decompiling or imitating the app, or using the X TWEAKS name and logo, needs our written permission.

Version 5 (2 October 2026): You can move your plan to another PC yourself from the app, once every 90 days. Trying your code on another PC by mistake doesn't affect your plan. Cancelling a code for clear sharing is a decision we make after review, with a warning first.

Version 4 (2 October 2026): Upgrading: subscribe to the higher plan and it works at once; cancel the current one and it stays until its period ends, with no automatic difference. A refund stops the plan once confirmed, and the app switches to Free the next time it is online.

Version 3 (2 October 2026): Cancelling only stops the next renewal and refunds nothing; the paid period stays until it ends. The money-back guarantee covers the first payment only, within 7 days; renewals are not refunded. A refund ends the plan immediately. We spelled out failed payments, upgrades, price changes and bank disputes.

Version 2 (2 October 2026): Plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the same price. You can cancel renewal at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Version 1 (23 September 2026): First version.
