These terms govern your use of the X Tweaks Pro app and X Tweaks services. By using the app or buying a service, you agree to them.
What the app does
The app changes Windows settings on your PC to improve performance. Every change is recorded and can be undone from inside the app, and changes are reverted when you uninstall it.
Some advanced settings are marked “Expert” and are applied only if you choose them yourself. Use them knowing what they do.
Plans
The Free, Prime, Rise and Myth plans are available, with prices and periods shown on xtweaks.net before you pay.
A paid plan is for one PC and is tied to it when activated. To move it to another PC, contact us.
When the period ends the app returns to the Free plan unless you renew, and none of your settings are removed.
Money-back guarantee
If your PC hasn't improved within 7 days of paying, or a problem stops you using the app and our support can't fix it, write to us and we refund you in full.
We only ask you to tell us what happened, so we can make sure it isn't something we could fix for you in minutes.
Manual services (tuning, repair and care) are refunded as described in each service before you book.
Acceptable use
You may not share or sell an activation code, try to bypass the licensing, or modify or redistribute the app.
We may cancel any code that has been shared, refunded, or obtained unlawfully.
Games and anti-cheat
The app does not modify game files or inject anything into games. You are still responsible for following the rules of each game you play.
Updates
The app downloads updates in the background and installs them only when you press Update — never during a game.
Limitation of liability
We test the app carefully, but we cannot guarantee it works on every combination of hardware and software. It is provided “as is”.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the date of the update at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
