Privacy Policy

This page explains what the X Tweaks Pro app and the xtweaks.net website collect, why, and what we never collect. It is written plainly because you should be able to understand it.
What is sent when you set up the app
When you finish setup we receive: your name, your email address, a device ID (a code derived from your PC's hardware so your plan can be tied to it), the app version and its language.
We use these to create your account, issue and verify your plan, and contact you about your account or a problem you reported.
Only if you tick “Stay in touch” do we keep your agreement to update emails, and how you heard about us if you told us. Every email lets you stop them.
What stays on your PC
Settings, the change history and backups, score history, and temperature and performance readings are stored on your PC and never uploaded to us.
The app does not read your personal files, browsing history or passwords, and it shows no ads.
Updates and plans
The app checks for updates, and for cancelled plans, by downloading files from dl.xtweaks.net. Like any web server, it sees your IP address when you download; we do not link it to your account.
An activation code carries your device ID and plan, and it is checked on your own PC.
Support
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send. The “system report” is copied only if you press it yourself, and it contains your PC's specifications and Windows version — not your name, email or plan code.
The website
xtweaks.net may use analytics and ad-measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta and TikTok pixels) that set cookies to understand how the site is used. None of them run inside the app.
Where data is kept, and who sees it
Account data is kept with our database provider (Supabase). Payments go through a payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep your account data for as long as you have an account or a plan, and delete it when you ask.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent to emails by writing to contact@xtweaks.net.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the app sends, the app asks for your agreement again before sending anything new, and we update the date on this page.
